For the position of Employee Relations Administrator, we are looking for someone who can help us provide our employees with an exceptional hiring, working and offboarding experience.

"KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Adhering to regulatory standards

    Prepare and coordinate contract agreements and annexes, changes in employment status, disciplinary proceedings, grievance and other related employee relations activities, settlement and termination decisions

    Managing employee complaints and deal with disputes appropriately 

    Collecting and analysing employee data

    Organizing and updating employee files

    Coordinate the beneficiary past labour with the Pension Fund 

    Prepare applications for Health Insurance

    Administer changes in systematization of Job Positions

    Conducting exit interviews and offboard employees

    Coordinate with Legal department re expats employment

    Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS ​:


    A degree in Legal studies

    Proven relevant experience within HR will be considered advantageous 

    Computer literate – excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite 

    Excellent written and verbal communication in Macedonian and English
