KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assure the communication of training and development of personnel on the compliance with Health & Safety standards and procedure
Evaluate current levels of Safety awareness and expertise through needs analysis audit
Develop training programs to support continuous improvement
Develop, implement testing and validation of acquired knowledge
Organize, plan and conduct training presentations in line with current needs
In the field Mentoring and coaching of employees on acquired safety knowledge
Perform infield observations to ensure learnings are implemented in daily activities, consulting with management when opportunities are identified
Support the development of the training service across SASA operations
Support the department managers in creation, implementation, and evaluation of employees training plans
Ensure training matrixes are populated and kept up to date
To report the progress or need of any supplemental training to the management team

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
BSc in Health & Safety engineering
Knowledge of training course syllabus development
Practical knowledge of recognized training methodologies
Extensive knowledge of ISO 45001 and Sasa operational controls viewed as an advantage
Proven training experience within heavy industry
Computer literate – good skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills in Macedonian
